We need you to send in pictures/video as well as a description of what is wrong. Without documentation, we ourselves cannot take it further or approve any complaint. For the complaint to be valid, it must be made within a reasonable time after you or your customer noticed or should have noticed the fault. A complaint that is made within two months of the fault being discovered is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time. In the event that you need to return a defective product to us, we will provide you with instructions for doing so and provide a return slip and return label. If the complaint is approved and you do not want a replacement product, this will be credited to your invoice without undue delay after the complaint has been approved, but within 14 days at the latest."
