How will I receive my refund and how long will it take?

The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which by Benson has received the goods back from you or until you have submitted proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. The refund takes place in the form of a credit invoice that is sent to your email address.
