This is how you return a product after you have been in contact with Customer Service and they have approved the return: Fill in the attached return slip with information about what you want to return.
Place the return slip together with the item you are returning in the original packaging. It is important that outer packaging is used so that the product is not damaged. We will return with a return label as soon as it is ready. Then stick the return label on the package on top of the original waybill.
No old shipping documents may be visible. Leave the package at your nearest post office. Keep the receipt on the shipment. If you want to change products, you need to place a new order on the website.
